Congratulations to all of the hardworking proponents and staff for achieving the first milestone of 1,500 signatures.
We have 120 days to collect valid signatures from 20 percent of the city's registered voters (about 5,000) in order to place a recall vote on the November, 07 ballot. The deadline is 9.29.07, when such petitions must be turned over to the county Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's Office to be validated. That process could take another 30 days.
With members and supporters hitting the streets, grocery stores, and various business throughout the city, we have achieved our first goal in only four days!! More signatures are needed to qualify this measure for the ballot so spread the word. Beilke is a LIAR and CONVICTED PORNOGRAPHER!!!

CIRCULATE PETITIONS!
Volunteers needed to help gather signatures on petitions for a recall in Pico Rivera. Position requires door to door canvassing in search of supportive voters. Long hours, no pay, lots of walking, and free training. Meet others that believe in putting an end to thug politics and "sweetheart backroom" deals in our great city of Pico Rivera! Open to registered resident voters only. Non-resident volunteers also needed for light office work, computer experience preferred, but not necessary!
